This is my third pair of shoes for crews shoes for restaurant work. They are really great on the floors that I walk on. The slip resistant soles are incredible. I buy the laced up type each time. This pair is different style from my other two. I bought a size 9 regular width. It fits good. I have a 4 star because their inner sole is not the best support. I always buy another insole to place in them for additional comfort. Other than that they are great shoes.
