I just took these out for a day on the lake with my kayak and let me tell you they are the most comfortable water shoes I've ever worn. It's just like going barefoot but with protection on your feet. You can still feel the larger rocks but not bad. And they have a real sure grip on things so they really inspire confidence. One of the reasons I went with these over some of the others is that they don't have a huge brand name emblazoned on them. Just a tasteful little set of initials at the top of the tongue and the name placed discretely on bottom of the soul. My feet were so comfortable all day I didn't even think about them. That's a true sign of comfort.I normally wear a 12EEE so I got the size 13 to help make up for the width. They fit perfectly with just 1/4" of space in front of my toe. The toe cap is wide enough that my toes are happy campers in there. And with the two adjustment straps you can get a nice snug fit. No chance of them falling off my feet anyway.I got the Black/Blue 2779's and they look fantastic. Better than the pictures in real life. They appear to be very well made and I look forward to getting many years of use out of these shoes.
